This video is going to be talking about the pipeline or dashboard section. And so, uh, dashboards gonna kind of have all of your performance over a certain date range, and we'll look at each item here. So one thing to note is that you can always change the date here to be exactly what you want you can do just like you can with, uh, you know, maybe Google ads or Facebook ads. You can select preset options Over here. You can also just click and click to get exactly what you want. Um, so you can see, you know, we had nothing come in over over that time, period. So we can say, you know, maybe it's this week, and now we can see kind of the difference value that we have here. So these are all the opportunities are all the lead that came into your system during that time I'm and their status. So whether they're closed, open or lost, what is not showing there is abandoned. That's also an opportunity or ah, possibility. And then you can see your pipeline value during that time and your conversion rate. So the amount of folks that have gone from total leads into closed. You can see two out of 10 is 20% on dhe. Then we've got our pipeline here. You can select if you have multiple pipelines. You can select those here. But you can see here are all the leads that came in. Here's the folks that made it to book call. Here's the folks that made it a boat to demo. And here, the ones that are one. And you'll notice this in the pipeline video. But one is not a stage you should put in your pipeline. It is just a status of the lead itself. Eso these There are three stages. And then this is what happens when we change their overall status. On Deacon. See the pie chart here, folks that are still in the lead stage virtues The book call versus the book to Demo versus the one. And then we have the lost and abandoned here. So here is gonna tell you lost too. But really, that's one lost, one abandoned. Same thing here. Obviously, those were big deals, you know, that's a bummer. Um, so if you move down to the tasks here, you can select by user. You can select all, and it'll show you any kind of tasks that are still pending. Looks like Georgia Rouleau has a phone call with Barb Larson That was supposed to happen, and it's a late one day, so that's nice. You can also sort by due date, date added, and then whether it's pending completed or all such a great way to see kind of all the tasks by user or by everyone there and then this stuff down here as we keep going down. So you got your lead source report, and this is just going to say, Where did my leads come from during this same date range? So you can see three of them clicked on the demo calendar and booked an appointment there. Three of them maybe came from Facebook, one from Google, one from Pinterest. Uh, so you can, obviously, until you see this in the other videos, you can set up sources so that you have, ah, good understanding when you look at your dashboard of where folks are coming from, and then if you have integrated with Google, my business and that's in a different video, you can see exactly kind of everything that has happened within folks. Interaction with your business through Google, my business during that time, a cz well as your growth in reviews and more positive reviews than the last six months. So that kind of gives you an insight into how you're growing your reviews in your online management there. Same with your five stars over here and then whether you've had more positive than negative reviews again, this is all if, if integrated, and then this goes to If you go to settings and you look at the different review widgets that air there, this you is a user have the ability to send out invites for reviews, which is great, and this gives you an opportunity to see how close you are to your goal, as well as Theo Overall leader board for the company's. That'll all be covered more in depth in different videos. But this is just the dashboard overview
