How To Change Passwords

Option 1:
Visit the Caffeine Login Dashboard: https://app.caffeine-CRM.com
Use the “Forgot Password” link under the login form.
Follow the prompts.
Option 2:
If you do not have access to Settings please ask your admin to change your password for you.
Follow these steps if you want to change or choose a new password:
Step 1: Click on Settings > Profile
Step 2: Type your current password in the field.
Step 3: Type a new password in the password field. NOTE: The password must be more than 8 characters including uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters.
Step 4: Confirm your new password.
Step 5: Scroll down and click Save.
