Moving Prospects Through Your Pipeline (Opportunities)

Once a Contact has been added into an Opportunity Pipeline there are several ways to progress the contact through the pipeline.

Option 1: Manually

Drag-&-Drop Option
  • Click and hold on the Opportunity Info Plate
  • Drag the Opportunity Plate to the new desired Pipeline stage 

Option 2: Triggers Automation

Any Trigger Rule Can Stimulate an Opportunity Update. 


Some frequently used Rules to update Opportunity:

  • Form/Survey Submitted
  • Contact Replied
  • Customer Booked Appointment
  • Contact Tag Added/Removed
  • 2-Step Order Form
  • Customer DND
